Brittany Bradford received her MFA from Juilliard in 2018, and since that time has had a career traversing stage, tv, and film. She made her Broadway debut as Ophelia in Bernhardt/Hamlet opposite Janet McTeer. Most recently she was seen in Leroy and Lucy at Steppenwolf. Off-Broadway credits include The Comeuppance (Obie Award, Signature Theatre), Wedding Band (Obie Award, TFANA, Classix), Fefu and Her Friends (TFANA), Mac Beth (Hunter Theatre Project), Merrily We Roll Along (Roundabout/Fiasco Theater). On screen, she can be seen in Julia, Chicago Med, Dead Ringers, Gilded Age, Fire Country, Fear The Walking Dead, and others.
Brittany is a member of Classix, a theatre collective that celebrates classic plays by Black playwrights. While at Juilliard, she was the co-founder and artistic director of HomeBase Theatre Collective, which brought together black actors at NYU and Juilliard with working black directors and playwrights. As an audiobook narrator, she has worked for Macmillan, HarperAudio, Hachette, and Penguin Random House.
As an educator, Brittany has worked with several universities on their curriculum through Classix, taught voice classes to middle and high school students through summer arts intensives, and individually coached adults for grad school and general audition coaching.
